Perry Appraisal Associates Ltd. has operated as an appraisal firm in Olds since 1987 with a branch office in Innisfail. We presently have two AACI's, one CRA, several articling students and support staff. As well, we have on staff a qualified Canadian Personal Property Appraiser (CPPA) who is able to appraise your personal property, assets, equipment, etc.

Currently our area includes real estate north to Red Deer, south to Airdrie, west to the Rocky Mountains and east to Oyen. We have appraised properties beyond these areas as per our client's request.

Each of the appraisers on staff has Errors and Omissions Insurance through the Appraisal Institute of Canada and are licensed with the Real Estate Council of Alberta. Our AACI's are qualified as expert witnesses for Court of Queens Bench appearances.

Appraisal assignments have been completed for lending institutions, government agencies, professional firms, conservation organizations, developers, and private individuals. Clients have included the federal, provincial and municipal governments, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, all major banks, trust companies, a number of major energy companies, Office of the Public Trustee, and numerous law firms.

Appraisal assignments have been completed on single family dwellings, multiple and apartment complexes, office buildings, commercial, industrial properties, service stations, raw land appraisals for subdivision developments, hotels, motels, farms, ranches, acreages and other various assignments such as conservation easements and environmentally affected properties focused in Alberta and extended to British Columbia and Saskatchewan.

The focus of our practice is delivering professional valuation in rural communities. We have developed understanding and appreciation of the unique character, nuances, and needs of real estate markets in towns, small cities, rural municipalities, aboriginal, and government lands. Valuation of farm and ranch land, as well as recreational, commercial, and residential properties in these communities is part of our rurally focused expertise.
