Perry Appraisal Associates Ltd. has been a fixture in Central Alberta's real estate landscape for nearly four decades. Founded in 1987, our firm has grown from its roots in Olds to become one of the region's most respected appraisal practices - serving everyone from major banks and law firms to individual homeowners, farmers, and estate administrators.

Our Credentials

Every appraisal we deliver is completed or reviewed by a credentialed professional. Our team holds designations from the Appraisal Institute of Canada, including the AACI (Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute) and CRA (Canadian Residential Appraiser) designations. All appraisers carry Errors and Omissions Insurance through the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and our AACIs are recognized as qualified expert witnesses for Court of King's Bench proceedings.
