How to Order an Appraisal
Ordering is simple. Call our office at 403-556-7277 or send us a message using the contact form below. When you call, our receptionist will take your basic information including your name, the property address, the reason for your appraisal, and any special instructions. A valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard) is required on file to begin paperwork. Your card will not be charged until your report is complete and ready for delivery. Payment can also be made in person by debit, e-transfer, cheque, or cash.

We serve a broad territory across Alberta - Red Deer to Airdrie, the Rocky Mountains to Oyen - with assignments also completed in British Columbia and Saskatchewan upon request.
Preparing for Your Appraisal
When the appraiser visits your property, it will be photographed as part of the valuation process.
To help us deliver the most accurate report possible, we recommend the following:

Complete any unfinished projects such as painting, repairs, or maintenance
